How long will it stay hot?
Foil pans keep heat for ~45 min in a closed carrier. Use our chafers for any event over 1 hour.
Can I reheat trays?
Yes—remove lids & warm in a 300 °F oven for 10 min.
What if my guest count changes?
Increase down to 4 hrs prior (subject to kitchen capacity). Decrease/cancel free up to 24 hrs.

Absolutely. Every catering bundle ships with sturdy plates, forks, napkins, and serving spoons—no surprise add-on fees.
Can you handle dietary requests?
We certainly can.
Gluten-friendly tortillas, vegetarian fillings, and dairy-free trays are all standard options. Note your needs at checkout and we’ll label every pan so no one has to guess.
What if my headcount changes after I order?
Increase or decrease up to 10 AM one day before your event—just reply to your confirmation e-mail and we’ll adjust the invoice.
How long will the food stay hot?
Our foil pans stay sizzling for 1-2 Hours in the carrier. Need more time? Add disposable chafing racks (+ $9/set) to keep everything fiesta-ready for hours.
Do you set everything up?
Yep. We’ll pop lids, arrange trays, and stage utensils in five minutes flat so you can dive straight into taco heaven.
